A: A medium amber with a light orange hue and good clarity. There is a good head stand of about two fingers of sticky and somewhat rocky off-white foam. Persistant head retention.
S: A moderately-strong citrus hops aroma with a light grassy, dry-hopped note. A moderately-light caramel malt aroma and a light hint of wheat. . The typical low ale yeast easter of light orange fruitiness.
T: Quiet a unique hops flavor up front being a strong floral and somewhat citrusy in flavor. There is a moderate malt sweetness against a moderately-strong hops bitterness giving a moderately bitter balance. The finish is off-dry and the aftertaste is of hops lingering hops bitterness.
M: The wheat add a ton of body to a creamy mouthfeel. A very creamy, moderately-full bodied beer with moderately strong carbonation.
