I drank this from a bottle into a chalice.
It pours a medium bright clear orange that is very pretty. The head is a very light tan or off white that only rises about half a finger and is gone quickly. There is light lacing.
The aroma is very strong, bitter crazy, almost so strong you it overwhelms your olfactory senses all once and drives them down so you don't smell it anymore. There is also a light citrus note.
The taste is very surprising, the aroma is totally misleading. The first you get a burst of sweetness of citrus and then get some light hops and towards the end a burst of hops an alcohol. The flavor is very complex but not very remisicant of an ipa or how hoppy I thought it would be.
Mouthfeel is heavy and complex. Drinkability is very good considerin its abv.
