Poured from a 12 ounce bottle into a pint glass. Bottled in August of 2013.
Appearance: Clear golden body with a short-lived thick white head.
Smell: The pear juice really stands out. Subtle notes of herbal tea are also present. Sweet citric hops.
Taste: The pear juice is not nearly as strong as it was in the nose. Bready grains lead to a rather weak kick of citrus. The hops are not very well-defined in this one.
Moutfeel: Light body. Moderate carbonation.
Overall: Very refreshing brew. It lacked complexity in flavor, especially with the hops. It is easy to drink... would be great on a warm afternoon.
Serving type: bottle
