A: The beer is clear light yellow in color and has a moderate amount of visible carbonation. It poured with a finger high bright white head that died down relatively quickly, leaving a patch of bubbles in the center, a collar around the edge, a film of bubbles in between and lots of lacing down the sides of the glass.
S: Light to moderate aromas of floral hops and green tea are present in the nose along with notes of pears.
T: The taste mostly follows the smell, except that the flavors of green tea and pears are stronger and stand out in front of underlying notes of floral hops. A light amount of bitterness is perceptible.
M: It feels light- to medium-bodied on the palate and has a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: This beer has an interesting mélange of pilsner, green tea and pears in both the smell and taste. The accentuating flavors didn't seem to overpower the beer and made it interesting to drink.
