500mL bottle into a pint glass.
A - Pours a pitch black color with a light brown, creamy head which leaves a nice lacing on the glass.
S - Aroma is a nice blend of roasted malt (mostly caramel) and some herbal hop.
T/M - Roasted malt dominates. I pick out chocolate, coffee, a hint of caramel. Bitterness is spot on, featuring nice resiny and herbal notes going with typical dry finish. Carbonation is excellent.
O - An excellent exemple of Irish Dry Stout, quite complex, well balanced and with a good drinkability.
