This is a very decent beer but where is the line between hoppy amber and IPA. Aside from color this could likely be believable as either.
Appearance: Served a reddish copper with an off white head and moderate lacing.
Smell & Taste: Cascade hops. Surprise surprise. It is a very focused beer. The nose and mouth are almost souly about the cascade but it deviates slightly to showcase some caramel, biscuity malt and bread dough, and then all is washed over again by cascade hop flavors of grapefruit and pine.
Mouthfeel: It is almost medium body but not quite, and certainly light and crisp on the tongue.
Drinkability: This is a hophead beer. Tasty, focused and lives up to its name.
Hope this is helpful.
