Pale yellow in color with just the slightest haze. Poured with a short soapy white foam that quickly disappeared. Light, fresh citrus hop aroma upfront followed by resinous pine hops and a light malt sweetness beneath. Creamy smooth feel with subdued carbonation. Citus hop bite up front with a pine hop bitterness below from beginning to end. Hop character pretty much overwhelms any maltiness. Finishes cleanly with a lingering pine hop aftertaste.

Draft at The Pour House in Westmont, NJ.

Pours a slightly hazy golden straw color with a one finger frothy white head that slowly settles into a lasting ring.  Streaks of soapy lace let behind.

Floral hop aroma with subtle earthy pine needle countered by sweet citrus and pale malt.  Hints of grass, grapefruit and lemon peel along with bready yeast notes.  Some light fruit and biscuit as well.

Medium bodied with a crisp hop bite up frot that lingers over the citrus fruit and pale malt backbone into a dry finish. Spicy, resinous hop bitterness with pine needle and grassy flavors counters by lemon peel, pineapple and grapefruit.  Decent malt backbone adding balance without taking away from the hops.  Hints of caramel, bread, biscuit, toffee and light fruit.  Well balanced, flavorful and very easy to drink.

On tap at Cole's last night.Poured a somewhat hazed lighter copper color with well defined 1/2 finger white head atop.Lightly toasted doughy aromas with faint grassy hops in the nose, the cascades are a little subdued.I loved the fresh malty flavors of the beer, somewhat grainy and dough-like with mild sweetness, the cascades came into play in the finish lending some grassy-pine notes. It tasted as fresh as all get out, although Iam a hophead it was the malt flavors that made me really like this beer.

A one-inch, rocky, white head floats over a clear, golden wheat beer with chill haze, leaving sparse lacing.

The hops deliver pine resin aromas. Also to be found are dried hay, coriander, and orange.

This one has a bitter bite up front with grains in the background. There is some citrus, primarily lemon. Apricot and green tea can be found in a lingering finish that has a sharp bite.

This Harvest Ale is dry with a medium body and modest carbonation. Astringency and alcohol are about as expected.

While perhaps a bit sharp, this is still a fine drinking beer from a Roosterfish pint glass. I am not sure what makes this a “harvest” beer, but it suited me well after work on a cool day.
