Pours a gold-copper with an even, off-white, one finger head.
Smells of pine resin and doughy bread. No question which flower has the power in this brew.
Nice resiny hop flavor with a little orange zest in the end followed by a bitter hop lingering finish. A true to style IPA for sure.
The mouthfeel is a little off for me. The carbonation up front is pretty sharp and that gives way to the unctuous end that stays with you. If there were a way to combine the two feels to mitigate both, this would be a much better beer.
drinkability is good here. The limiting factor would probably be the ABV but since it's not on the bottle you would not know it unless you knew it because it's really hidden in the taste.
