Sweet delicious Flower Power. How I've been waiting for a fresh batch to pull up and post up in NYC. Well here you are, so fresh, so delicious. How long as it been? Finally you taste like you did in Ithaca.
Fairly clear, a fair orange, achingly slow fading of lace on the glass. Oh, yes, you are sexy, aren't you?
Floral, oranges, a little boozy, a little spicy.
It is the beautiful blending of all these aromas that takes place in my mouth that makes it so beautiful. Fair bitterness, not over the top, cushioning the plummet into delicious mid-palate hoppy goodness. The malt rides all the way through nearly undeterred. The booze evident in the nose fades behind the hops. Melts in my mouth.
Delightful to finally have this beer here fresh and beautiful.

A super hazy golden straw colored body hosts a fuzzy inch of off white foam. Head fades to a rocky skim in a couple of minutes. Some scattered lace is left behind.
Nose is where I really start to get interested. Vibrant and floral with notes of citrus, wild honey, graham crackers and dandelions. Nose is very complex and quite inviting.
The taste is citrus rind and fresh grassy hops. Malt plays well to balance with tones of graham like breadyness. Spice builds and becomes prickly as you drink, it is almost rye like.
Mouthfeel is smoothly bitter and pleasant throughout. This is not a harsh brew on any level, just mellow hop enjoyability and a great drinking experience.
