12 oz bottle poured into a Central Waters tulip.
A - A tall pour results in a tan head cascading beautifully to a stable dollop of thick foam leaving dots of tan lace above the clear, dark brown beer.
S - Chocolate covered espresso bean and freshly brewed dark roast coffee comprise the bold aroma of Brewhouse Coffee Stout. A small scoop of vanilla bean ice cream and drizzle of warm, gooey caramel gives the nose an inviting twist!
T - Brewhouse Coffee Stout is rich with robust-yet-smooth black roasted coffee topped with whipped cream and vanilla bean ice cream drizzled with that same gooey caramel in the nose, finishing out with a dribble of molasses and roasted malt bitterness.
M - Smooth and robust starting with a creamy texture and medium-full body, this lightly carbonated stout finishes with a decently balanced dry roasted bitterness for the perfect coffee and stout blend!
O - Central Waters' Brewhouse Coffee Stout is undeniably one of the best coffee beers around, masterfully blending bold black coffee with a smooth, rich stout base for a beer that makes for an exceptional cold day treat!

Thanks yet again to Andrew for the bottle.
Pours jet black, ring of off white head, no lace to speak of. Smell is of coffe and roast, chocolate both of the milk and dark variety, not a lot more going on but still a seemless blend of coffee, roast and chocolate. Taste is of coffee and roast, faint bit of char, chocolate, moderate bitterness throughout coming from both chocolate and hops, ashy/char/roast aftertaste. Lightly carbonated, medium full body. A great coffee stout that should be held in the same regard as Peche Mortel and FBS, something I would very much like to revisit again.
