Bottle purchased at Jines Restaurant in Rochester, NY.
This one pours an orange-ish mostly clear color, with a half inch head, and a little bit of lacing.
Smells like rye malt, citrusy hops, and a little bit of bready malt.
I've certainly had bolder and more interesting rye pale ales I've had, but it's still pretty tasty. It's got some nice rustic rye flavors, with a good amount of grapefruity hops, and lots of pine and grassiness.
This is medium bodied, pretty juicy, with a moderate level of carbonation.
A nice little new beer from Rohrbach here, I enjoyed it.
