A- Reviewed from a red Solo cup, but from the reviews I've seen on Yoube, beer is a dark golden color in body. The head on mine was extremely thick and creamy. Looked on par for a widget can beer. I think the nitro can beers look better than ones without the CO2, but that's just my opinion.
S- Light, sweet caramel malts, graininess, grassy. Not a huge amount going on, but from what's there, it smells nice.
T- Again, follows the aroma. Sweet caramel malts is the main flavor. The maltiness is light. Fair amount of grassy, earthy graininess. Nothing that wows, but the flavors work together.
M- Light and refreshing. Texture is extremely creamy from the nitro widget in the can. Extremely easy to drink. This doesn't have a large presence of carbination. Finish is sweet before it drys with that grainy taste. Not bad at all.
Overall this beer is slightly better than average, but not much. It's very light in character and body. But the grains and caramel malts play well together. C+/B- is where I'm at on Boddington's Pub Ale.
Serving type: nitro-can
