Amber, yet nearly crystal clear, it arrived in a clear pint glass, having been drawn from a tap. There's a very thin layer of white head across the top. Nothing about good Pilsners is expected to be pronounced, but there's virtually no smell at all. But, there is that familiar somewhat sweet and somewhat nutty Pilsner malting to taste. With it, comes just enough hops to dry out the malt and make the finish mildly bitter. As far as the style generally provides, this has decent glass lacing. Ratings may be limited because of the modest character of its category, but this is a fine Pilsner.

Appearance: Pours a completely clear, light golden color with a strong white head. SRM of 6. (4.00)
Aroma: Strong aromas of lemon citrus ,floral hops, pale malts and yeast. (4.25)
Flavor: Strong flavors of lemon citrus, floral hops, dry grains. Yeast with a light citrus sweetness off the end. A light bitterness as well. (4.25)
Feel: Medium-bodied, average carbonation, mild bitterness lingers. (4.25)
Compared to Jever Pils 4/2023: Pours similar. Stronger aromas. More lemon citrus and floral hops. Less earthy and butter bread malts. More bitterness off the end too. Hoppier.
Compared to Veltins Pilsner 7/2023: Pours similar, milder head. Stronger aromas. More earthy, grassy, spicy hops. Similar, but more flavor overall.
Compared to Rothaus Tannenzäpfle 7/2023: Pours similar. More earthy and grassy Munich malt flavors. Less citrusy and floral. Less bready malty, but more authentic earthy Munich malt flavors. Slightly sweeter as well. Winner: Einbecker
Compared to Ayinger Pils 7/2023: Pours identical, stronger aromas. More yeast and bread malts. Less pale and earthy Munich malts. More bready, yeasty, and slightly more dry.
Overall: An excellent German Pilsner. Exceeded the expectations here. Lemon, floral, and hoppy while finishing with a clean bittersweet end. Possibly among the best and most authentic hoppy German Pilsners I've had. (Rating: 4.29)

Drinking this at home.
Poured from a twelve ounce can into a pint glass.
Looks golden yellow with a nice white foamy head that dropped quickly to a rocky thin cap.
Smells floral, herbal, lightly bready and spicy.
Taste follows the nose nicely with some spicy bitterness on the back of my palate.
Mouth feel is medium light for the style.
Overall a very nice Pilsener that I would definitely order again.
Cheers!

A very nice pilsner beer from Germany. Flavorful, refreshing and fairly complex with a nice light beer body.

Hazy straw yellow with micro-thin lacing and low to no carbonation. Light lemon and citrus aroma on the nose. Light grain, citrus and delicate grassiness. Medium body that's semi-dry on the back of the tongue. Recommended.

12 oz can, about 3 months old based on date printed at bottom.
It's nice to see a new German pilsener available on the shelf. This one is very solid, easy drinking, which is exactly what you want in the style
