Pours a thick 3 finger head. Very soapy and slightly off white and chunky.
Appeared golded and fairly clear for IPA
Smell of citrus and pine very appealing to hophead
Taste of citrus and pine lots of grapefruit at first has malty Carmel flavours then finishes bitter in a great way.Head is smooth and sweet.
Carbonation is low but suits the style.
I am a huge fan of this ipa. I am new to craft brew but this is my favorite so far. Bitter and citrus but well blended and easy to session. A great brew from Canada and so close to home makes me proud.
