A: 2.5 finger head with nice lacing on a cloudy golden with a subtle crimson hue.
S: nice aroma with mostly lemon and orange. some wheat and grain.
T: overall a little watery, especially in the finish. Mild lemon note and actually some mild bitter hops as well.
M: a little more full than I was expecting. Moderate to high carbonation.
Overall: Flavor is a little strange and too watery. Still drinkable but average overall.

Pours clear!(Where's the yeast?) Light amber yellow with a medium white head that is too quickly gone. Does leave some nice lacing though.
Smell is vinous wheat, and a hint of grass.
Taste is even and smooth, not very wheaty/yeasty, more like a pilsner.
The beer is easy to drink and very crisp and refreshing, but it's needs more body.
Overall, a pretty good pilsner, oh, wait, it's supposed to be a wheat beer. Epic fail on the wheat. No yeast particles, none of the wheat tang I want. Very thin. If this was labeled as a pilsner, I would have scored this higher, since it's labeled, and/or brewed wrong, I give the first one in my review history.

Tasted May 15th 2011 (from notes)
Poured into a la Chouffe tulip
A - translucent golden pale, one finger white head, soapy and no lacing
S - sweet wheat, sweet yeast, apples, pils hops, cane sugar and some grass
T - soapy, sweet and sour yeast, pilsner hops, apples, sour grass, oak and lots of wheat
M - crisp, light, low acidity and medium finish
D - drinks like a Wheatish budwieser but taste better
Final thought - at $5 a sixer and 5%ABV this one if for the ladies!

Not sure why this has such poor reviews; it's no one's idea of a perfect wheat beer, but it's decent enough, esp. for the price ($3.99 for a 6-pack at Trader Joe's, at least for the time being) in my area. It has some wheat character, enough to set it apart from most American macros, and it's a nice change of pace at a moderate ABV. Kind of thing that looks different enough to bring to a party and not be embarassed. Good taste, easy to drink, nice label.

I poured this beer into my tumbler at 50 degrees. The beer was cloudy and poured no head or lacing at all. The beer was nice and blod. The taste was a bit citrus like and very clean and refreshing. I was stunned there was no typical sourness to the beer. It was very nice for a wheat beer and is one of the best wheat beer I have ever had. I would buy again.

Not much wheat in this there aroma. Seems a little closer to a cream ale (without the corn) and then it just fades away altogether.
Fizzy white cap that leaves before I could get to it. Brilliantly clear golden body. Can't give any credit hear cuz' if it truly had wheat the head would stick around for more than 30 seconds.
Where in the hell is the wheat? There is definitely hops with a mild flavor and a growing bitterness and dryness. Soft grainy barley. A little acidic. Slight tartness. Sharp prickly carbonation and fullness from that too. Body even carries a little heft.
I'm not sure what the heck this is. I'll drink it, cuz' it's not offensive or flawed in any way (and I'm thirsty), but I'm not going back to it again.

Another purchase from Trader Joe's.
Clear gold colored beer with a very short lived white head.
Smells of malt and saltine crackers. And that's it, a little sweet but it basically smells like crackers.
Starts out tasting like not much of anything except a cracker. Little bit of herbal hop flavor and crackers is what I taste next. Seriously, this is so bland it could be called Budweiser.
Mouthfeel is OK.
Pretty freaking BLAND. Doesn't taste bad, more like it doesn't taste at all. I can't recommend that you buy this.

Pours a clear golden body with a small white head. Has none of the hazy qualities or bottom-dwelling yeast, and seems to be filtered. The nose offers little of interest. Aside from a dull whiff of distant grains and hint of lemon, there's nothing else (no bananas, no cloves, nothing one would expect from a wheat beer). Even the taste is not very wheaty. It tastes like a lemony lager with a bit of alfalfa. I buy wheat beer because I like their wheatiness, I quality this beer sorely lacks.
