graciously shared by gottajiboo2. Thank you my friend!

This is a very quaffable English bitter with a banana bread twist. Simple, drinkable; tasty.

Appearance: Pours a light copper yellow with a beige head and spotty lace.

Smell: Light citrus presence in the nose along with the big banana aroma.

Taste: It is bready with solid bitterness along with the banana presence and pie spices; and it never becomes cloying. Balanced, approachable, very easy drinking.

Mouthfeel: It has a smooth medium body with a dry crisp finish. Refreshing.

Drinkability: This is a drinkable beer. Easy to put a few back.

Hope this is helpful.
Cheers!

Poured from an 11 ounce bottle into a shaker pint glass. A moderate pour produces about a one inch creamy white head that settles down to a continuous 1/8 inch froth that coats the sides. The beer is an orange-amber with moderate carbonation.

Plenty of banana bread aroma, with spice, including some coriander. The flavor is even more like banana bread, and I sense a strong base of biscuity malt, wheat malt, and plenty of yeast funk. The banana flavor doesn't come across as contrived and is far from overbearing. Maybe a little apple in there somewhere. Fairly light in body with a crisp finish that includes a little bit of lingering spice and perhaps a little herbal hop bitterness.

A pretty unique brew and worth trying. This four pack of 11.2 ounce bottles was a bit pricy for my budget at over 10 bucks...but, oh well!
