Pours a hazy pale yellow color with a white head. In the aroma, a slight gingerbread like malt and a mellow sweetness. In the taste, lemon citrus and mellow everything else, malt, hops, candy sugar. A small bite and a lighter bodied mouthfeel, with a dry lemon and small yeasty presence in the aftertaste. Lemon like presence is nice, but just about average.

Serves cloudy golden in Duvel tulip.
One finger head lingers.
Flowery, balanced, sweet wheat-like ale. Belgian yeast shines with a pleasant dominance.
I'm home from the restaurant where I had it and am still savoring the aftertaste.
Tempted to go back for a repeat performance.

Belgian style bomber, caged and corked. No freshness info.

Pours near clear, very light straw. Looks like, dare I say it..."Fizzy yellow beer"....near white head is pretty thin, stays at the film and low collar stage, with fine sheeting and nice looking lace. More then average amount of tiny bubbles continue to stream to the top

Sugary nose with some faint floral qualities.

Sweet take on the style with notes of sugary candies, melon marinated in sweet lime juice, and more floral notes and some light peppery flourishes come to mind. Moderate hop bite in the finish. Not terrible, in general lacks the complexity, depth of flavors and intrigue of the all stars of the style.

Medium straw color with a slightly hazy cast. White head with moderate retention and nice lacing in the glass. Carbonation is fine.

Citrus and light lemon zest in the nose lead to peach, green apple and the light lactic sourness of sourdough bread.

Gentle hop bitterness with citrus and a light resin quality. Lightly bitter on the finish. There is some gentle heat from the alcohol, but the beer manages to balance it nicely.

A little bit of slickness on the palate. The hoppyness in the beer cleans everything up nicely in the finish.

I enjoyed the glass, but was looking to do something different after one...

Funnier than the pink pig drinking beer on the label is the pregnant women silhouette with a ghostbusters symbol around it (cirlce and a slash). Before pouring this beer I'm dedicating it to all the illiterate pregnant women out there. Appears a pale golden sunshine bright with a pearly white head forming even lacing around the sides of my glass. Aroma has some grassy herbal hops with a flowing pale malt sweetness and a touch of light pear fruitiness. Flavor is a bit more sweetness almost malt liquor like with fruit esters and pear and apple highlights with a touch of rough graininess. Not very refined compared to most Belgian specialty ales, but the mouthfeel is light to medium bodied with effervescent carbonation flowing, and a bit of spicy hops leaving a touch of bitterness behind between each sip. Drinkability as a whole isn't ver good it's hard to get through a 750ml bottle call for back up and show everybody the anti pregnant women symbol on the back of the bottle.

(Served in a tulip)
A- This beer pours a crystal clear golden yellow body with a super thick snow white head and a gentle carbonation. The head forms a good sticky lace with each sip.

S- The cream and yeast aroma has some soft floral hop notes to it but is a bit clean otherwise.

T- The mellow yeast flavor has some nice pear esters and a soft sweetness in the finish. There is a green bitter note that lingers for just a bit.

M- The medium mouthfeel has a creamy texture but no real alcohol heat is noticed.

O- This beer is very sessionable with a good balance of sweetness, esters and some bitterness.

This beer is a dusty pale gold in color that allows some light to shine through the haze while remaining cloudy. The head that forms is pure white and is pretty tight though small and does fade pretty quickly. It leaves a decent amount of spotty lacing to just beyond halfway down the glass before dropping off.
The aroma is a little funky with some fruity sweetness along with something like candi sugars, a bit of citrus, and some bubble gum. There's something a bit dusty about this one, and I assume it's Belgian yeast. It's not counter to the overall effect.
The combination of the citrus, funk and grassiness lends itself to something of a lemongrass flavor, though the grassiness gives way to a more wet hay funkiness. The bubble gum remains as well as a dustiness, which almost seems at odds overall with the sweetness.
The body is on the light side of medium and a touch too spritzy, but with just enough creaminess to give it a bit of heft and remain crisp.
Overall this is an interesting beer. I don't think it deserves a C+, but to each his own.

A- Deep golden color with a hearty white head. This left ample lacing in the glass and was quite beautiful to look at.

S- Disappointing, and the most incomplete aspect of this beer. Yeasty aromatics with some hints of pear, but you really had to work to draw them out.

T- This was very sweet right away. It reminded me of some domestic Tripels. The yeast kicks in on the mid palate and leaves a hint of brioche on the finish with some light apple flavors. The sweetness persists throughout.

M- Soft and round which adds to the fruit and sugar mentioned above. Lacks refreshing character one looks for in a lighter beer.

O- Well crafted, but extremely sweet. This could pair well with sharp cheese or some spicy Asian dishes. The nose could be so much more considering that this is a flavorful beer.

Poured into a tulip. Pours a slightly hazy golden color with a nice frothy white head. Nice sticky lacing. Looks like a good Belgian.

Aroma is nice. Great hop aroma with some belgian yeast and some cloves. A bit of hay and malt. Nice fresh hop aroma mostly though.

Taste is lighter than expected. Belgian candy sugar sweetness is the most prominent flavor but it's kinda light. But of hop night and sweetness lingering on your tongue. Bit of Belgian yeast in the front. Pretty tasty and refreshing.

Mouthfeel is dry and crisp. High carb.

Overall a good and refreshing Belgian. Wish I could get it on tap. It would be a go to at bars.

Served from tap into a Trappe Door tulip. Poured golden yellow with a two finger white head that subsided to a minimal amount very slowly. Maintained phenomenal lacing throughout the glass. The aroma was comprised of sweet malt, banana, fruit, and floral. The flavor was of sweet malt, banana, cream, fruit, floral, and subtle spices. It had a light feel on the palate with medium carbonation. Overall this was a fairly good brew. This was a quite refreshing and well balanced brew on the flavor. Granted the aroma left a little to be desired as there wasn’t a huge amount going on in it unfortunately. If it would have been a little more complex this could have been a pretty good brew. Even though the aroma wasn’t overly good, it should not stop you from trying it. Trust me, you need to give this one a try.
