Slightly hazy pale golden color with small white head that maintains a minimal presence thanks to a steady stream of fine carbonation. Leaves a few stray spots of lacing on the glass.
Belgian yeast aroma with coriander and lemon. Spicy flavor seems supported from both the yeast and the hops. Firm hop bitterness leads to a chalky dry finish.

330 ml bottle, from Voldby Købmandsgård, Denmark. ABV is 6.9%. Hazy pale golden colour, large to moderate white head. Typical Belgian ale yeast aroma, mild spicy notes. Refreshing flavour, not too sweet, hints of white kandij sugar and mild herbal notes. Nice and drinkable.

A: The beer is clear golden yellow in color and has a moderate amount of visible carbonation. It poured with a finger high white head that has excellent retention properties and hardly died down, also leaving lots of lacing down the sides of the glass.
S: Light to moderate aromas of fruity esters - apples stand out in particular - are present in the nose along with hints of spices.
T: The taste follows the smell and has a light amount of bitterness.
M: It feels medium-bodied and somewhat smooth on the palate with a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: I really enjoyed the clean and smooth mouthfeel of this beer. It is definitely a lot easier to drink compared to other beers in the style.

Pours a hazy golden color with a big top of white head that dissolves quickly and leaves some lacings.
Aroma is of apples, citrus peels, light bread, grass and herbs.
The taste starts of with a fruity sweetness before it turns to more spicy and peppery notes. It then finish of with a strong bitterness. Aftertaste is weak, and the flavours are kind of unballanced.
Mouthfeel is soft and smooth with a medium carbonation and a medium body.
It,s a decent enough belgian ale, but not exiting enough to stand out.
