On-tap in a pint glass at Black Sheep Burrito and Brews in Huntington, WV
A: Beautiful. Perfect two-finger head on a red-amber, slightly bubbly beer that just made me want to drink it through my eye sockets.
S: Even better, if that's possible. Fruity notes complemented perfectly by hops, without being overpowering. Enticing.
T: Perfect. For those who want hop flavor to be flavorful, and not hoppy for hops' sake, this is the beer for you. Rich with hops but characterized with some notes of fruity esters. Unbelievable.
M: I have to give this a 4.5 because I can't give a perfect 5 for everything. Tingly, full, with only the slightest bit of stickiness on the end.
O: I had a mouthgasm. This is the best beer by Flying Dog so far, even better than the famous Raging Bitch. So good, I think I'll have to wash these pants.

P- Thanks to some friends for this beer
A- gold copper color that is quite clear with visions of alcohol in it. half finger head that leaves a water line mark on my pint.
S- grassy hops with hints of citrus. Some toasted malts as well.
F- grassy citrus hop flavor with back end toasted malts. a nice complement but the grassy tone tends to dominate. I would like the citrus to dominate the grassiness.
M- smooth and light bodied. hoppy taste in the mouth.
O- not a bad beer but like I said the grassy dominance tends to take it down a notch for me.
