Appearance is a hazy light orange. Clear and with some carbonation. Some good lace.
Toasted malt aroma with a darkly sweet undercurrent, like a mild barleywine. Full-bodied and nice.
Has an excellent sweet flavor, like a sour berry. Strong and nice. Mild barleywine-ish flavor and quite a good one. Sweet malt. Honey and red wine too. Also a blast of heavy alcohol.
Feels thick and a tad syrupy. Substantial, but definitely not chunky or overwhelming. It's really nice and strong. Sweet and bitter and everything else.
