Now Quaffing: Flying Dog ~ Tire Bite Golden Ale
Pours a crystal clear and pale golden with a medium head of large bubbles that fizzes out rather quickly. Aroma is sweet and a little grassy. Taste is dominated by a simple sweetness that reminds me of apples. Very light bite from the carbonation and a little bitterness in the end, but not much in the way of detectable hops. Mouthfeel is very watery, although I was expecting as much. Drinkability is pretty good if you like the simple, but dominantly sweet taste.
