Clear golden in color with a thin white head. Mild aroma, with some light malt, hops and touch of lemony citrus. Mouthfeel is medium in body, yet it has a seltzer-like carbonation to it. This is (or would be) a nice clean crisp summertime refresher. Light malt flavor upfront offers some sweetness along with a light lemony citrus. A bitterness toward the back helps break up the light malty sweetness perceived from the front.
Probably not my favorite Flying Dog beer, by any means, but something I wouldn't turn down on a hot day. Being a Kolsch, and this sounds somewhat cliche, but this would make for an enjoyable lawnmower beer.
