A- slightly darkened clear golden, almost like a budweiser, with a fizzy white head and a lot of sporadic rising bubbles. head retention is ok and there's no lace in sight.
S- buttery cereal aroma and wheat, diacetyl, and a small amount of noble hop crispness that is grassy and lemony, a bit herbal, raw, and pale malty.
T- different than other kolschs i've had, taste is mostly comprised of pale cereal grains, toasted wheat, and a mild herbal noble hop bitterness, alot like a cheap german pilsener. some lemony flavors come out as it warms up, but anything above ice cold seriously hurts this beer.
MF- oddly viscous, another reason to keep it as cold as possible. finished slightly dry with medium carbonation and a strange filmy feeling that is mildly astringent.
D- better than some of the other stuff, i personally would save this one for outdoor activities, drink it from the bottle when the glass isn't appropriate, and most importantly, keep it as cold as possible because it becomes less palatable as the mercury rises.
