Poured from a 12 oz bottle into a nonic pint.
Appearance: Pours a perfectly transparent, beautiful, golden liquid with a rocky, resilient head that is pure white. Nice bubbling carbonation.
Smell: Smells like a fruity, flowery, hay field.
Taste: Fruity esters show up quickly in front that are a little tart and sweet, but not overly so. Finishes with a bitter edge. Nothing really stands out, but it's not bad.
Mouthfeel: Crisp, biting carbonation in a somewhat watery foundation.
Drinkability: Easily drinkable, but not something I'll go out of my way to get more of. Would be nice on a hot, sweaty day. Nothing really out of the ordinary about this one. Average.
