Sweet, light and zesty. Comes alive on the tip of the tongue with some acidity.
Flowery aroma is execellent.
The typical couldiness is evident after you get all the sediment lifted from the bottom, and it taste much better that way.
Falls a bit short in body, but makes for a good summer drink.

355 ml bottle, as Flying Dog In-Heat Wheat Hfeweizen, courtesy of Cardinal Pub & Bar, Stavanger. ABV is 4.7%. Also available in some Norwegian grocery stores. Hazy pale golden colour, big white head. Typical hefeweizen aroma of ripe bananas and cloves. The flavour also has notes of ripe bananas and cloves, medium sweet, soft mouthfeel, very drinkable, low bitterness. A good hefeweizen - no more, no less.

12 oz bottle. Hazy yellow, medium frothy white head. Aroma is as expected; banana, clove, spices, wheat. Light to medium body, some spice and sweetness initially.
