All of my experiences with Flying Dog have been great. The label and name give off a crazy and wild vibe, which the beer lives up too. The smell was off apricots and citrus. The flavour was full and yeasty. I thought this wheat beer was particularly bursting with flavour. The carbonation seemed to be right. Overall, one of the best wheat beers I've had.

Long time no see; let's see how it goes under evaluation.
Hazy yellow orange color with short retention.
Aroma of vanilla, banana, pear, yeast, cloves, biscuit malt and wheat.
Refreshing and spiced flavor with notes of oranges, pepper, green apples, coriander, pears, lemon and nutmeg. Dry and a bit acid aftertaste.
Light to medium body with medium carbonation with tiny bubbles.
Interesting this felt to me more like a Witbier rather than a Hefeweizen. Regardless of classification, it is a decent and pleasant brew.
