Appearance - pours a golden straw colour, very hazy with a nice white head that dissipates quickly. you can see some carbonation and appears to be no lacing.
Smell - classic orange, wheat, sweetness from banana and some zest. very well balanced smelling beer.
Taste - Mild tasting beer, not a lot of anything happening. there is a good nice smoothness and cleanness to the taste. the beer has some orange and wheat taste, not much banana or bitterness.
Mouthfeel - some good volume added here, but nothing in the increased taste. maybe a light more bitterness, but that is to be expected with the added carbonation
Overall - found this to be an avg beer in the hefeweizen, it really lacked the emphasis on the banana/orange and wheat combinations.

Appearance: light gold to bronze color slightly murky but deceptive to the naked eye
Smell: as indicated I could smell some banana and some light citrus in the aroma
Taste: Had a slight malty flavor and light bitterness from the hops, I had a hint of banana and citrus when it hit the back of my throat as well. I only had a light bitter aftertaste however it was very light and doesnt bother me for a hefe
Mouthfeel: The mouthfeel was actually surprising I had little after taste and was easy for me to drink down compared to other hefes I have had. It was smooth and light.
Overall: Conclusion I find that this is a perfect summertime Hefe to drink when you want a light alcohol content with smooth wheat based hefe and will guarantee not to make you feel like you have a sour mouth or bad after taste like most all day drinking brews have. I recommend however if you drink this brew for a all day summertime type day pair it with some cheese like feta and some unsalted crackers to keep the flavor fresh in your mouth
*Recommended Brew for Summertime
