Opaque straw color. Rocky white head.
Nose has a lot of citrus and fresh bread aromas. Very nice.
On the palate a pleasant, dry wheat cracker taste at first followed by faint banana and some clove. I think the wheat is doing more in this beer than the yeast does, or the yeast should I guess (the nice banana clove). But still, a very impressive beer.
Body is medium, perhaps on the full side for a hefe. Definitely thicker than most weizens, and so I'd say a tad less on the drinkability scale. On a hot summer day this thirst quencher will fill you up quickly.
