Red-amber with a creamy nitro head.
Caramel malts with boozy strength, citrus and floral hops, and a buttery aroma.
Floral hops and well-toasted caramel malts. Major heat. Tastes spiked. Thin oaky flavor with attenuation. The booze kills everything. Finish is all bristly hops anda acrid bitterness.
Creamy mouthfeel. Tight nitro bubbles. Pleasant.
'Double Pale Ales' must not be my thing. Not particularly hoppy. Not very bitter at first, but kicking at the throat in the finish. Too much strength. Totally passable.
Serving type: nitro-tap
