A- Pours a cloudy pale yellow with a moderate head which takes a while to dissipate but leaves little lacing.
S- Light citrus and a little like bubblegum.
T- Again citrus and bubblegum, which is strangely the most pleasant taste.... More bite from the hops than I expected. Quite a bit of carbonation. Bitterness at the base of the tongue.
M- A crisp feeling from the wheat, hops and carbonation at first, but ends in a slick mouthfeel.
D- I don't think this is something I could sit down and drink a lot of.
Overall I was a little dissappointed with this beer. I didn't feel that it was really true to style, it tasted more like a hefeweizen. To me it was more heavily carbonated and hopped than most witbiers I have tried. It didn't come across as being very complex either, mostly one or two flavors masked by a bit too much carbonation.
