A - Cloudy lemon yellow with a fluffy white head. Head retention is pretty good despite the smallish head. However, this was served to me in a pint glass, and if I poured it myself into a big tulip glass or some similar vessel, I feel that the head would probably be quite a bit more massive.
S - Mellow spice: cinnamon, nutmeg, allspice, and coriander. This smells like lemon custard with some added spice. nice.
T - Big time authentic witbier flavor profile! This is well rounded, and does just about everything right without any one overriding characteristic. Some wits are overly lemony or way to spicy, but this one is an excellent balance of both aspects of the style.
M - Medium bodied and fluffy feeling on the tongue. A good amount of carbonation keeps this one lively and fresh.
D - This is an excellent summer brew with a killer drinkablility factor!
