Served cold poured in a pilsner.
A- Golden hazy hue with minimal head. Not as hazy as most whites.
S- Orange and corriander are dominant.
T- Taste reflects the aroma, however flavor seems somewhat watered down.
M- Not as full bodied as most whites. Finishes clean.
O- Decent belgian white. I was somewhat disappointed because I was expecting more from Flying Dog.

12 oz. bottle, with coded bottled on date printed on the label. Another beer from Flying Dog's regular line-up that I have yet to try. Been wanting to have this for a while now; acquired a single bottle at the local Binny's. Expectations are decently high.
Poured into a Lagunitas mason jar.
A - Pours a beautiful golden yellow-orange colored body with some bubbles lazily floating topside and lots of fine sediment twirling in the glass. Two to three fingers of big fluffy towering white froth. Looks pretty damn nice.
S - Smell is of grass, clean wheat, crisp grain, some pilsner malt smell, some must, & orange and lemon zest.
T - Taste follows the nose: crisp wheat, grain, lemongrass, orange zest, lemon zest, floral coriander, and just the right amount of clove presence. A harmonious balance of citrus fruit and floral aspects.
M - Feel is light bodied, with moderate carbonation. Finishes clean, with a slightly grassy, sticky finish.
Overall, an easy drinking witbier from Flying Dog. Crisp, floral, citric, and refreshing with a low 4.80% abv. Definitely a sessionable beer, one I could see pairing well with some summer / autumnal barbeque. Recommended.
