look: 4.5 | smell: 4 | taste: 4 | feel: 4 | overall: 4

Appearance: It has a nice deep hazy golden/orange color to it. It has a nice off-white head that dies down moderately slow and leaves nice lacing.

Smell: The aromas definitely give out hints of grapefruit, floral hops, some pine, honey and sweet biscuity/caramelly malts.

Taste: Like the aromas, it has a some citrus/grapefruit, herbal notes, a piney bitterness and some sweet toasty/caramelly malts.

Mouthfeel: It has a medium carbonation with a nice overall balance and feel.

Drinkability: It's a very smooth drinkable beer accompanied by good flavors and aromas. Very nice for a single hopped DIPA.

A: Pours an off white head which tipped off its malty taste.
S: Spicy banana and coconut biscuit
T: The above with overall spicy and savory flavors balanced by sweet malts
M: Spritzy and full, a little heavier than you'd expect on an IPA
O: Unique and intense taste, finishing with a refreshing hoppy bite. I will certainly reach for it again.

It pairs deliciously with spicy pepperoni pizza.

Bottle code D76A14 at 40 degrees into imperial pint
Aroma citrusy, primarily grapefruit
Head large (8 cm), off white, frothy, slowly diminishing to a 2-3 mm layer with thick froth islands
Lacing abundant but irregular
Body medium yellow with some hop haze
Flavor begins with a burst of slight astringency typical of pink or red grapefruit, although the grapefruit flavor is absent; no alcohol, no malt, no diacetyl. The astringency quickly fades to a chalky finishing feel. A slight alcohol glow begins in the stomach.
Palate is light to medium body, watery but refreshing, with soft carbonation .

Overall, an easy drinking IPA with the potential to sneak up on one.
