eyes...
welcome to foam mountain, holy jeebus, an easy three fingers of fluff on an easy pour, takes some time to settle this craggy balloon down, golden straw hue with a veritable torrent of carbonation spiraling upward all over this bitch (dog reference....).
pretty much belgy-on-the-spot looks wise.
nose...
bready and herbal, soft farmhouse nose, nice notes of dry coriander, you can almost swear it aint a beer at times, some subdued honey notes float around the bottom end, well rounded and refreshing to take in
taste etc...
subdued, some slight bitterness, some yeasty tone, definite warming from the alcohol, very smooth with the right amount of carbonation twinge, this is a pretty non offensive beer, nothing much to report here
verdict...
alot of promise but falls pretty flat in the taste department. not a bad beer but nothing special. it's good and it does hide the ABV really well

355 ml bottle, from a an archeological excavation in my beer "cellar", as Flying Dog Wildeman Farmhouse IPA. BB date 24.05.2014. From Vinmonopolet. ABV is 7.5%. Deep golden colour, huge white head. Pleasant aroma of ripe and over-ripe fruits and berries, also notes of farmhouse. Flavour slightly on the sweet side, good maltiness, noticeable hops but fairly moderate for an IPA.
