I don't see a date listed on the label or the bottle.
Appearance: The body is a murky sun tea brown and gold color. The head is very minimal and consists of a thin white ring and a film as a raft. It's not much to look at.
Aroma: There is a pleasant aroma of caramel and pine sap. It has a very mellow aroma overall.
Taste: Up front there is a light caramel flavor with a hint of biscuit. There is also a very light note of pine. It is a clean tasting beer. There is a slightly grassy aftertaste which enhances the beer a bit.
Mouthfeel: The beer is very refreshing which is wonderful. It has good carbonation and an approachable bitterness. Drinkability is exceedingly high.
Overall: The beer is simple and enjoyable with a nice refreshing quality to it. It's just what you would want on a camping trip, out by the lake or the beach, watching a baseball game in-person, or even after mowing the lawn. I will definitely buy it again and I would recommend it to people looking for an easy-drinking beer with a light grassy twist.

From notes taken 07/21/17:
Barely clear with large amount of fine particles throughout the body. Copper amber topped with creamy tan thin layer of fluff. Not much too the aroma beyond a faint grassy to fruity tartness. Palate reflects this for the most part, stronger than aroma obviously, but we also have leafy, almost leathery hops and a peppery finish. Basic, and by basic, I mean good. Medium-bodied, medium level of softer suds.

Bottle from brewforia. A little light on aroma and flavor, and light on hops too. Good hot weather beer, nice mouth feel. Appearance rather dull, finish slightly metallic.

This was poured into a pint glass.
The appearance was a hazy burnt orange color with a slim finger's worth of white fizzy to foamy head that quickly dissipated. Barely any lace was there at all.
The smell had some citrus peel over some burnt biscuits and then a light breadiness.
The taste was semi-sweet through the biscuity/breadiness. Citrusy hops bend back further in the background, barely showing any presence.
The mouthfeel was light to medium bodied with a decent sessionability about it. Carbonation runs light allowing the bready/biscuity malts to sweeten and lay down on my tongue.
Overall, I'm pretty sure this is an organic APA and one I'm not really impressed with. I'd rather seek other APA's before this.

The Wild Salmon Pale Ale is good.....it poured a hazy copper with thein white head that in leaving a spotty lace. The scent is faint....slight touch of citrus....not much else. The taste is ok....weak bitterness through out...grapefruit hints. The mouthfeel is lighter in body with ok carbonation. Overall it was worth a try.....but nothing spectacular.
