Bottled 10.2013.
Poured from a 12 oz bottle into a tulip (other glasses were dirty) on 01.27.14.

A: Cloudy amber. 1/2 finger head.

S: Caramel.

T: Biscuit dominates. Caramel back end.

M: Smooth.

O: This was easy to drink. It tasted more like an amber than an APA, though.

Poured from a 12oz standard pressure-cap bottle into a pint glass in high elevation Kalispell, Mont. Reviewed live.

A- Half-finger white head with thick bubbles and quickly eroding head. Golden color with slight haziness. Relatively nice looking beer.

S- Pineapple, aromatic fruitiness and floral aromas. Slightly sweet and definitely fruity. Caramel maltiness and tropical sort of hops. Wonderful aroma.

T- Great flavor. Buoyant hops, wonderful light malt body. Very well-rounded and tasty.

M- Medium bodied feel with good carbonation. Feels very nice.

O- Surprisingly great beer. Did not expect this to be so good. Tasty, aromatic, and feels good.

Pours amber with a good sized white head. Some lacings.
Aroma is caramel malts with a hint of floral hops.
Taste is sweet caramel with a backup of bitter hops. Well balanced. Very nice profile for a mostly organic brew.
Mouthfeel is average for the style.
Drinkability is good considering the listed 5.5% abv. Edit: Website says 5.0% abv. 32 IBU.
Nice organic Pale. Edit: Might be closer to an Extra Pale Ale nowadays.

Appearance: misty burnt orange body with an almost two finger egg shell colored head that leave some lacing.

Aroma: very light nose; very light non-descript citrus and fruit; it is more biscuit than anything else; uneventful

Flavors: lightly toasted grains; faint minty-herbal hop; herb biscuit; dust

Mouthfeel: low-moderate carbonation, closer to low; a soft yet strange bitter note; flannel texture; dusty-dirty mineral like aftertaste; the aftertaste does seem to linger – longer than I want it to; the aftertaste makes me want to go brush my teeth; just inside of medium body, the flavors are mild and the dirty aftertaste is medium and the weight feels mild-medium

To the Point: a dirty Pale Ale; you’ve heard of a dirty martini right; to bad I bought a six pack – should have bought a single bottle; organic hell - give me some pesticides

3rd in a row that I've had multiple times, yet never reviewed. Served in straight pint glass. Poured a lovely medium gold color with 3/4 inch of white head that had slightly less than typical retention and lacing, but that color was gorgeous!

The aroma was on the mild side of typical, nice grains, some floral hops, and just a touch of yeast. The flavor profile was the same, except that the hops were a bit tangier, and there a nice citrus note at the back.

The body was OK, smooth and even, but a somewhat lower level of carbonation was a bit weird. Drinkability was very good, these always disappear when you throw a couple sixers into the cooler at a cookout. Overall, a nice, solid, unexciting brew. It's not going to thrill you, but it'll never let you down either. Take a sixer to an outing, and see how it goes.
