Copper color. Bready nose. Hearty and flavorful.

Sadly, I have found that most organic beers are somewhat lacking in the flavor department. This is an example of an organic that is full-flavored as well.

Dark amber color, slightly cloudy when poured into a pint glass.
Clean crisp taste with a mild aftertaste.
Excellent amber worth trying or having on hand to share.

Poured from a 12oz bottle into a US tumbler pint glass.

A: The beer is a light brown color, with a thin off-white head that fades quickly and leaves a thin lace on the glass.

S: The aroma contains caramelized malts, some hops and some fruit.

T: The taste starts out bready with a hearty but not too heavy malt character. Then some sweetness comes in from flavors of caramel, citrus and some other fruits. The hops presence is mild but complementary and brings a decent balance. The after-taste is slightly sweet.

M: Crisp and a little smooth, medium body, medium carbonation, finish is slightly sticky.

O: A little tasty, goes down easily, not too filling, mild kick, good representation of style, it’s a solid beer worth drinking for a while.
