Grabbed a six of this last year and was pretty impressed. Tart cherry with plenty of sour notes.

Delicious black cherry sour. Crisp like a cider. Not artificial like a Robitusson cherry taste. Natural and clean. Not "fruity" though.

Pouring a cellar temp bottle into a tulip snifter glass. The beer pours a clear bright amber with mild red highlights. There are several streams of carbonation rising to the surface creating 1 cm of eggshell head that moves quickly to a sturdy edge layer.
Aroma is some grainy malt but also lots of tart cherry and a little acetic vinegar note.
First sip reveals an average body with very fine tingly carbonation.
Flavor is grainy malt and a bit of caramel, some bready yeast and then tart cherry lingers on my palate. The beer dries out my mouth after each sip. A tasty tart treat that makes for a good representation of a style that isnt brewed too often. This is an enjoyable beer and I wish I had a few more bottles to share with some friends.
