I enjoyed this on tap at Brass Rail Deli in Campbelltown, served in a standard pint.
The color is deep brown like tootsie roll, hazed with thin tan cap with fine bead and light lace. The smell is very fragrant with hops that have a slight pine aroma and mild grapefruit accents with a mild toast aroma from the dark wheat. The feel is great with hops the dominant with moderatlely bitter texture with a tangy fruity yeast and dry toasted texture of malt with semi-dry finish.
The taste is great with very tasty citrus in the hops and nice balance of light toast and clean yeast with slight hint of pine and mild peppery taste with the oily hops more on the earthy side which matches the slight sweetness with a spice taste following as it finishes. Overall I have not had many in this category if at all -the wheat juxtapozed with hops and the dark grain character all come through and work in harmony for a nice hoppy wheat- the malt is not kilned to the point that it is roasted in flavor or clashes with the hops at all -not an assault of bitterness either. A well blended dark wheat ale -kudos Two Brothers!

Can from World of Beer Tioga. Pours reddish brown with a good bit of light showing through and a small off white head. Aroma of bitter piney hops, biscuity malts, light toffee, grains. Flavor is somewhere between a malty IPA and a hoppy brown ale. I’ll go with the latter. Bready malts and some bitter pine, grainy flavors, a bit of toffee. Don’t get much from the wheat. Medium bodied at most with medium carbonation. Decent beer but unexciting.

Appearance: I have never seen a dark wheat beer before so I am rating a 4.5 for the interesting factor. Pours brown with an orange hue, half-inch tan foam head. Transparent, does not appear to be as carbonated and bubbly as a lot of wheat beers.
Smell: Again, unusual for a wheat beer. Hop bitterness is evident but also a bit of sweetness that I can't quite place, maybe some tart grapefruit notes.
Taste: Picking up the hops and bitterness and noticing the grapefruit tartness, definitely bitter like an IPA the mouthfeel balances the bitterness. Not much else going on.
Mouthfeel: Bit dry and very creamy as a result of the low carbonation. Creaminess is surprising, normally expect that in much darker beers. Leaves some bitterness in the aftertaste, very grapefruit.
Overall: I always pick up Two Brothers stuff because they try a lot of interesting things but the execution here leaves a bit to be desired. The flavors just aren't that strong or distinguished. Cool idea for a dark wheat beer but other than nothing particularly notable here.

This is a pretty tough style to work in, and Two Brothers did a good job with this one, coming up with something unique.
It pours a translucent dark brown with little head or lace. The aroma is wrong, ot not wrong, just different - it smells like a hoppy IPA.
The taste is not like the smell. It tastes more like the style should plus something. It's malty with a clean dry hops finish. The aftertaste is also dry and not what you would expect - not much sweetness.
Overall it is an interesting brewing adventure worth trying.

A-Deep amber/ruby in the glass, not much carbonation or head.
S-slight roasted malt, tad bit of coffee, wheat and earthy hops.
T-A tad too malty for my tastes, roasted malt, some coffee and well, slight earthy hops.
M-Medium bodied, tad creamy, not much carbonation.
O-It was a decent beer but it just wasn't well rounded enough to be very good.
