Notes from 10/31/10
A:Pours a see thru amberish color with a fingers worth of head falls fairly slowly,
very nice lacing down the glass
S:Fresh earthy citrus and pine hops come thru the nose with a pale malt hint to it as well,
not too overpowering or dominant but non than less there
T:Mild hops on the front end followed up by a solid malt backbone. The backend is left
with a hop bite that has some decent earth tones to it.
M:Body is a little thin but with ample carbonation, palate is left slightly dry as well.
D:Overall this is a better much tasting like a slightly above average IPA more than a fresh
hop ale, hops seemed a little more mild down than you would expect. Although it is a easy
drinker with not too much bite on it, would probably recommend this to someone looking to get into the IPA world of beers.
