Poured from a 12oz. bottle marked "Lot 2806" into a pint glass. Appearance is a caramel-hued coppery orange with the thinnest off white cap of foam that quickly turned to a light ring of whitish sticky lacing. Aroma is sweet and malty, grapefruit hoppiness and citrusy notes present as well. Taste is also sweet and malty before then making a smooth transition to a very pleasant hoppiness without the typical bitterness associated with the style. A very quaffable brew, medium bodied, light on the carbonation, very smooth all around. Exceptionally drinkable, easily the least bitter IPA I've sampled to date. Overall a solid beer, will purchase again, highly recommend.
