Nice lacy white head on slightly hazed medium golden liquid. Nose is lightly fruity with a phenolic quality to it. The taste is smoothly carbonated mouthfeel with a nice crisp malt base and flowery bitter hoppiness. Goes down quickly. Finishes with a slightly tangy bitterness. Great Summer outdoor quencher.
Thanks to jackndan/BIF6!

My second gluten free beer in post surgery life.

Tart and light, slick going down, but serves as a rough approximation of a cold IPA.

Sampled at Harry Caray's in Chicago, for the closest science lets me come to enjoying a Midwestern meal while attending a conference.

If you can drink regular beer, you're not missing anything. If you're like me, it's like a cubist version of a portrait, missing the finer details while conveying the message.

Looks good, clear golden color, small whit head, some spotty lacing. Boogar machine says grass'n grains, flavor is similar. The can says crafted to reduce gluten. Probably the best gluten reduced beer I've had. Can't go wrong with one can.

12 fl oz bottle
Served in a nonic pint glass

This beer pours amber with golden highlights and a slight haze. It is topped with a fleeting head.

Not a whole lot of aroma. Light grain and grass

Biscuit and grassy notes. Not much going on here.

Light bodied and mouthfeel

Meh.

The kind of summer ale I was looking for for a long time. Golden yellow, slightly spicy, with no trace of artisanal skunk.
