Bomber poured into Duvel tulip.
HJ pours an opaque, burnt orange color. The head on this is remarkable: quite pretty. Fluffy, crean colored clouds of foam retain indefinitely. The nose offers mainly malty notes. i was hoping for more citris/pine there. Taste is similar: mainly bready malts, lacking any true hop kick. The feel is representative of the style. Beat feature of HJ is the lack of heat at 9.9%.
Hoping for a bit more on this one. Hard to revisit when Dready & Ninja v Unicorn are at my fingertips. Would love to see some citra added to this one.
