A nice hard pour from a bottle into a pint glass makes this come out looking fantastic. Root beer colored ale with red and orange tints throughout. A nice one finger head that recedes into a small layer of foam and leaves a moderate amount of lacing on the glass. Smooth in the mouth but not as "hopped up" as the bottle claims. Malty and rich, a nice rye ale for sure. I was expecting more hoppiness so I am a bit let down on that end, but if they hadn't advertised as "hopped up" I'd be more than pleased with this one.
Overall, something I am absolutely looking forward to getting more of. I have not had all that much from 2 Bros yet, but have really liked what I've tasted so far.
