A: Great amber, carbonation on top throughout the whole drink, good lacing

S: Delightful, great balance between pine resin and malt, slight caramel

T: hops are not present...the taste is pleasant, but malt forward. Slight caramel, malt, the aftertaste is balanced with a touch of bitterness, but hops are never assertive or really primary.

M: a little thin, not bad, but not stellar.

O: I'm a little torn because this beer is fairly pleasant to drink, overall it's pretty good, but if tasting blind I wouldn't characterize it as an IPA. It's more of a hopped amber ale, or something along those lines. Rather than the hops being held in check by malt, as in nearly all IPAs, this beer feels like the malt-forward beer that is balanced by hop flavor. Fairly enjoyable to drink, but not an aggressive IPA as it is described.

EDIT: flavor profile is more complex and enjoyable as the beer warms.

A: amber slightly cloudy clearing up later in the session. White head with great retention
S: fruity, citrusy, not overwhelming for sure.
T: stronger than the smell. Not as hoppy as expected, citrus notes turn to subtle pine.
M: A little thin, easy drinking IPA
O: smooth easy drinking IPA, good if you don't wanna be hop bombed.

A-Clear amber orange, not much carbonation, one finger head that doesn't last.

S-Not much of anything, not a real strong hop presence.

T-Very malty (it is fresh). Earth and dirt notes. Not much in the way of bitterness. Not sure how this is classified as an IPA. Some pine and balance is off.

M-Light to medium bodied, some carbonation, tad watery as well.

O-An avoidable IPA. Really lacking in a hop presence. Was expecting better from Two Brothers.

(Served in a Nonic)
A- This beer has a slightly hazy deep orange body with a thin creamy light beige head that turns bubble and is supported by a gentle carbonation.

S- The soft hops have a pine hint to them as it opens and a green citrus hint in the finish.

T- The caramel sweetness blends with a mellow citrus green hops and slight sweetness in the finish fades to a bittern note that lingers.

M- The medium mouthfeel has a gentle fizz in the finish.

O- This beer has a soft hop profile and the sweet malt character is a little too sweet to be cut by the hops.
