Notes from 09/21/10
A:Pours a hazy orange color with a fingers worth a nice white head that falls
fairly slowly, with decent lacing left on the glass
S:Smells of real flavorful citrus and piney hops that make the tongue start to water. Also
a hint of sweet malt in there as well
T:Starts of pretty mellow at first contact and then a kick of that citrus hop flavor
follows it up, ending up with a sweetness on the end that lingers on the palate.
You can definitely get a taste of the oak and honey that was put into this
M:Good medium body to this with solid carbonation through out, palate is left a little dry
D:A really decent and session-able brew sitting in at 6.8%, has a nice kick of bitterness from the hops but to just overstep the malt balance a little bit, but it is a IPA so you don't want it to be completely balanced. Another nice offering from Two Bros.
