Look - Great head and lacing with a dark cherry red color.
Smell - Good sweet carmel malt smell with some citrus pine hop smell.
Taste - has a different tropical fruit taste maybe some slight mango with good amount of grapefruit with a good amount of Malta that give it a good backbone. Very tart and bitter.
Feel - good amount of carbonation with a full body
Overall - very complex different beer and really good. Takes a lot of thinking when drinking this beer.

poured 12oz bottle into pint glass. Lot 3364

A - Clear dark amber with a natural 2 finger natural eggshell head. Retention is excellent and only fades to a cap that leaves gobs of lacing on the glass.

S - Big amounts of toasty malts with sweet caramel. Hops are prevalent and bring in a pine and citrus notes.

T - Starts off quite sweet with candied pineapple and with caramel malts. Hops move in quickly with big notes of pine and hints of citrus. It is very similar to how a IIPA would start sweet, but have a big bitter finish.

M - Medium body that is stick and well carbonated. May seem syrupy with a bitterness that lingers on the palate. At 9.5% ABV, the alcohol heat is hidden.

O - A very big imperial red with a huge hoppy finish. I drank it as I would any big IIPA.
