The atmosphere is that of a brewery, with windows to view where the magic happens, a bar, dining area and an outside seating area (which I just realized was there recently.) The staff is all friendly, but it is hit or miss as far as being knowledgable on the product goes. I've been very impressed with some, while far from impressed with others, but they are all very approachable and nice.
The quality of the beer is my biggest appreciation of Two Bros. They vary in styles and all are above average in their respective styles, and some are well above average (Hop Juice, Cane and Ebel, and the Red Eye Porter are the most notable.) It's also a bonus that they offer live cask ale, which varies, but I will say that of the couple times I've wanted to have one it was not available that day. It also sounds like they are starting to expand their creative ideas into some barrel aging of certain brews, but are very secretive about it.
Food is definitely a notch above average bar food, but I wouldn't go as far as saying outstanding. It is better than most, though.
As far as price goes, I wish I could give it $$1/2. The price of the beer is reasonable as is most of the food, but there are some items on the food menu and some guest beer bottles that are bordering pricey. However, a vast majority of the food and beer selection is appropriately priced.
Overall, Two Bros is a place I'd recommend not only to beer advocates, but also casual beer drinkers and those just wanting to sit down for some decent eats in a brewery atmosphere. It's also family friendly and serves two good house-brewed pops (cream soda and root beer.)

Here are my two cents:
I like some of Two Brothers stuff: Especially their J Series Oktoberfest. However, I was kind of disappointed when I visited their Brewpub. It is very difficult to find... literally it is a maze of industrial warehouses. Once inside, you notice that they have a gift shop with homebrew supplies... I actually appreciated this. Service was okay and beer was pretty good. Food was a disappointment. Between my party of four, no one really enjoyed what they got. I hope they fix the kitchen, because they have a good thing going with the beer.
