A - Pours a beautifully colored honey with a one finger fluffy white head. Bubbles are present thoughout the beer. verage head retention with nice lacing

S - The aroma is light. Mainly light malts with a hint a caramel and roasted grains

T - Good flavor. Not as malty as one would think. Good bitter finish.

M - A medium body beer that is slick in the mouth. Has a dry finish

O - A very drinkable beer but not standout. Would a be a good drinkable beer at a BBQ.

Appearance: Pours a copper/orange color, too thick of a white head with great lacing. The head is dissipating too rapidly and there is not enough carbonation in the beer.

Smell: Not much. Perhaps metal. Perhaps the slightest amount of skunk.

Taste: A mouth full of pocket change that's been skunked.

Mouthfeel: Watery, no carbonation.

This beer SUX. Please don't drink it. You could die of something nasty.

This is my first beer from this brewer. Picked it up in a mixed sixer from Cash Saver in Midtown Memphis. I do typically like English Pale Ales. Poured into a pint glass, pretty and typical of style hazy gold with a nice off white head that only lasted a few minutes.

Smells like an EPA earthy, nutty and nicely hopped (not by American standards). A little more leafy smell than I would prefer, but not bad.

Taste is immediate English style hops. Much like it smells with an emphasis on the bitter. Malt is there but nicely balanced. My only complaint is the nuttiness and earthy hops come together to almost a puckering effect. As it warms some of the malt reasserts itself to help the taste.

Mouth is medium bodied and just the right amount of carbonation. The bitter lingers on the tongue a little longer than I like, but this too is moderated after a little warming.

If I judged on the first sip I would not have been overly pleased, but taken over the course of the glass this is an enjoyable beer and good example of style. Now I am ready for the others in the mix.

I poured this beer into my tumbler at 45 degrees. The beer was a nice pale ale color and poured a nice creamy head. The bitter had a slight dry bitter powdery finish but was not too bad. Also A bit of a grapefruit hit at the end. A little bit hoppy but also not too bad. I would buy this again. Good summer hot weather beer.

Poured into a standard pint glass a clear copper color with a thinner but well sustained white head that held pretty well.Caramel malts and mild earthy hops in the nose,as expected quite English in nature.Caramel/biscuit malt flavors dominate the palate with just a smattering of earthy and leafy hops in the finish.A good beer for what it is and it was quite food friendly.

12oz bottle, best by 2nd week of June 2013. Served at around 40-45F.

Pours clear amber with a one finger white head that leaves a ring and a light sheet of lacing and holds a good foamy cap.

Aroma is dough, yeast, grainy, earthy, dirty with some floral hops, some notes of cardboard. Gets better as it warms, but still not great. A little off.

Flavor is bready, doughy malt, some caramel, some earthy hops, hint of citrus, somewhat sweet, good bitterness, minimal alcohol, finishes sweet. Gets more and more sweet as it warms.

Mouthfeel is medium bodied, oily, with good carbonation.

OK. And that may be a stretch. Average at best.
