On the main drag though Kent, and conveniently located near the campus. Decent parking and easy to find.
As far as craft beer stores go, this places doesn't quite stack up, but it is an above average liquor store. Its obvious by the vast BMC products and pre-made party packs that this is basically a supply center for Frat parties and college kids making Jell-O shots. But one can also find a decent selection of craft beer. Many of the shelves were missing product and the choice of Blegians was limited to Lindeman's, quasi-belgian Ommegang, and Corsendonk X-mas ale left over from the holidays. There are a few singles and the prices are fair, but there are many better places to find quality beer in the immediate vicinity. On the other hand, this place is open untill 2:30am, so it may be you last hope for beer after 101 bottles and Riverside close.

Theres not to much to say about Campus Wine Cellar except that there open till two in the morning. The staff can be friendly at times, that is unless there friends are in the store. They have the basics and i only go there if i cannot find what i want else where the other store are closed or im in a rush to get home. They carry all the great lakes products, the interbrew basics, and the big three. The craft brew is also basic like Dogfishead, Bells, Goose Island, Stone, Rouge and Unibrou. If you do happen to buy somthing take note that they keep older beer around like Sierra Nevada Summerfest, it is now december, and store the beer that they cant fit in the coolers on the top of them. Also the cardbord that holds your beer tends to be soft and has lost its ridigity so please hod it from the bottom. I know this seem harsh but its reality and you can occasionally find a gem.

Now this store I remember from my college days. It was alright then, not nearly the selection of beers there are today -- so it has improved much since then in that respect. But the service has gotten much worse. I spend a little over 50 smackers in the joint and the counter help is rude when answering a question. Of course, the question was "where's is Riverside Wine and Imports?" (a very good shop in Kent with a much friendlier staff).
Not much out of the ordinary here. I did pick up a Young's Double Chocolate Stout and some fine Stone stuff, I think I grabbed a Rogue Chocolate Stout. I found the prices to be within tolerable limits -- no great deals, no rip-offs. But, with the attitude I got after dropping so many clams, I'll head to Riverside when in Kent.

I would rank this store #2 on a list of beer stores in Kent. The have a nice variety of beers that are sectioned off by country and each cooler has a listing of what is inside of each and how much they cost.
They really don't have a singles section. They do cover their bases with the usual, Duvel, Celebrator, Ommegang, Unibroue, a couple Rogue and Stone, of course Great Lakes but that goes without saying in Northeast Ohio.
It's worth stopping by if you are near, maybe even going a little bit out of your way for.
